CIRCUMSTANCE DETERMINES BEHAVIOR OF DANGEROUS ANIMAL!

Came to watch movie terminal very recently for second time and this idea struck to my mind.
This movie is good example which illustrates how human beings react to situations. A best example would be some times a native enemy would be best friend in alien place. So i tried to apply this to every aspects of human behavior. So does the ego and jealousy are the main reasons that drives people to do crazy things? There was a time when people used to live without a plan. Ever wondered whether there was crime? So greed influences behavior. There are many such factors which has the inducing effect to behavior. To summarize people need to change, their thoughts and attitude. A country does good not because of their politician, just because people are good. Their thoughts are good, they always want good things to happen to every one. Wot else need to be said, the Britishers ruled India for so long because of traitors and with the help of our own people, with out which their survival would have been futile.

CHINA TOWARDS CAPITALIST NATION

China is fast growing as a capitalist nation. The produce from china is catching up the global market. This is achieved by reduced selling price for the produce from China. But there is a catch; it is estimated that for most of the Chinese product's selling price to cost price ratio does not do justice to China. But then there should be a logical explanation which should reverse the effect. This is achieved by deliberately keeping currency value well below its actual value. By this they succeed in foreign investment to very large extend and money laundering. So if they sell products with huge loss they can make huge gains with money laundering and foreign investment. The ladder to success is well planned and we can soon expect a capitalist China.

For example we can take the case of ordinary electric bulb. Here the bulb has got a cap made of cement which holds the glass portion of the bulb and is pushed against holder. Most of the electric bulb manufacturing companies buys cap from third party. In India we have lot of factories for manufacturing this cap. Now china is manufacturing similar part and is available in market with rates half to the existing cap. So now the bulb manufacturing companies buys this even though its life is compromised. So this is compelling many if the cap manufacturing companies to shut down. Do you think they can compete and sustain in the market when some one comes up with a product without aiming profit. This is a clear cut strategy to become a capitalist nation. What will happen when all the cap manufacturing company shuts down???

Similar situation happened in Africa when Indian Motor Cycle manufacturing company, planned to export their two wheeler in Africa. China came up with a motor cycle priced so low that these companies were compelled to withdraw. They say the price of the motor cycle is equal to the price of all the steel parts used in that motor cycle. So do you think China has turned nuts to quote a price like that. what not if you buy a PC, Mobile, Gadgets, most of the parts are Chinese produce. Dealers are inclined to stock Chinese products because they earn huge amount as profit when they sell a Chinese produce. This is a clear cut strategy to become a capitalist nation. Don't you think its high time to quit Chinese products?????

CBI OR NOIDA POLICE!!!

The latest development in Aarushi Talwar murder probe is creating anxiety among public.
CBI so far failed to find evidence against Dr Rajesh Talwar, father and Dr Nupur Talwar, mother's involvement in murdering their own child Aarushi Talwar.
But CBI is yet to give Dr Talwar clean chit.
Dr Talwar should come clean only if CBI can find answer to the following incidents.

1) The CBI has revealed at the initial stage of investigation that the camera seized from Talwar's residence has got many snaps deleted and they even claimed that Dr Nupur is behind this. Did CBI became successful in retrieving the snaps or figure out the reason???

2) In a media interview days after CBI took the case and were planning to conduct Narco Analysis test on Dr Rajesh Talwar; why Dr Nupur was not happy about it. She even said in a news channel that whether Narco analysis is the only way of finding truth? Why would she object the test??

3) CBI has conducted couple of lie detector test on Dr Rajesh Talwar and reports divulge that the test was inconclusive.

4) If Dr Rajesh Talwar is innocent why he did not co operate with CBI for investigation in primary stages which compelled CBI for Lie Detector test or so called brain mapping test which didn't come good???

5) Reports says that Dr Rajesh Talwar went out to meet police men the night when Asrushi Talwar was murdered. Why would a father do such things, who claims didn't know the sequence of incident and recent reports says that he was sleeping with his wife the night when murder took place. How can CBI explain his presence found in public talking to police men the night his daughter was murdered????

6) Why there is no Narco Analysis on Dr Rajesh Talwar???

7) If the crime is committed by the aide's of Dr Rajesh; how CBI is going to explain the initial stage of investigation conducted by Noida police which was so claimed corrupted and purchased??? Does the aide's got enough money power to purchase the Noida Police????

8) Why Hemraj divulged to his friends that there is a chance that he will be murdered??? What made him make such revelations to his friends??

9) CBI says that evidence is manipulated in very house were doctor's daughter was murdered. Who manipulated evidence?? If the aide's are only involved in the murder then how they were able to gain access to Dr Rajesh's house to manipulate the evidence from crime scene????

10) CBI also said that Aarushi tried to call from her mobile to one CBI official a day before the murder took place. Did they find any answer to that findings?

11) Why the statements made by Dr Rajesh Talwar and Dr Nupur Talwar regarding the sequence of incidents on the murder night contradicting????

12) Why Narco Test not on Nupur Talwar???

There are many such questions that need answers from India's premier investigating agency.
The reports say that Joint Director Arun Kumar has a 100% Track record in solving the cases he has handled so far. I strongly believe the figures and hope CBI would be able to put who ever involved in this heinous crime behind bars.

AUTHORITY

Authority can be classified into three category.

Authority granted by position: here we include the title, the position occupied in the company, and the power bestowed on a person.
Authority of personality: These are natural influential qualities, where the leader is recognized by others because of his behavior and mode of action.
Authority of knowledge. In this type of authority, we count on technical and professional know-how, apart from other types of knowledge that are essential in certain areas.
To be successful and meaningfull the second method is very effective and useful. This accounts to the fact that there is no compulsion. The trick here is to identify the natural talents which need to come from people consious methodology. The success of a project is determined largely by heirarchy structure. The very fact that there are anomalies with in the ladder do contribute heavily to the drop in success graph for economy growth. A project may be success but the turnover need not be the deserving result. As we all know that management is pedestal for success of a project.

So its high time that corporates stick to the methods which could help the heirarchy ladder formed on natural talent and not by position.
